BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – A stranger tried to kiss a woman inside a grocery store in Boulder, and now police say the man could possibly face a sexual assault charge.
The victim says she was at the Safeway on 28th Street on June 4 when the man approached her and asked “What would you do if I kissed you right now?”
He tried to grab the back of her neck but she pushed him off and he escaped.
The woman says the man had a small camera in his hand and was pointing it at her.
The man was described as being a white male with a thin, athletic build.
